Nevertheless, when the same problem arises repeatedly, unresolved trauma is probably the fundamental reason why people have to solve the same problem again and again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For instance, Simon is an attractive guy in his late 30s. One way is to focus on things that make you happy. Make a list of at least 100 things that bring you joy and try to do at least two of them every day. This helps you take control of your emotions and prevents your past from holding you back. It’s a reminder that you have the power to shape your own future and find happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
