Currently, the chicest cooking method is the sugar-free way: Even cookies don’t have sugar in some European countries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 ingredients (makes 10):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. 1 organic egg<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. ¾ cup mashed ripe avocado (1 small avocado)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. ½ cup raw cacao powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. 50g dark chocolate (70-85% cacao) chopped into chunks<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (170 degrees fan-forced) and line a baking tray with biodegradable baking paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Using two spoons, place 1 tablespoon blob of the mixture on the prepared tray. Bake for 9 minutes. Allow to cool on the tray for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool totally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Pro tip: You may add some sweet spices such as ginger, cloves and ground cinnamon for variation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Apart from that, I also learned that the Mediterranean diet is the best diet when it comes to eating for optimal cell health. According to Elizabeth Blackburn and Elissa Epel, insulin resistance, inflammation and oxidative stress are the enemies of health. To fight these enemies, we follow a ‘prudent’ pattern of eating. Eat lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, beans, nuts and seeds, along with low-fat, high-quality sources of protein. This is the Mediterranean diet. The Telomere Effect recommends it. A revolutionary approach to living younger, healthier, and longer<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \"Slavic<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    Stay in the energy of joy.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    It turns out that the closer you are to the emotion of joy, the more easily you attract what you want.<\/a> The emotions you feel become the energy you emit. You must protect your energy because it’s your point of attraction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I have a friend who moved to Europe from America. He told me that moving countries is a great way to change his vibration energy because the new environment leads to an energy shift in a tremendous way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As he lifts himself out of a low-vibration state and moves up the emotional scale, his point of attraction shifts with every step: from stress to joy, from joy to empowerment. When he leans toward joy in any situation, he actually changes the vibrational frequency of what’s happening around him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    No amount of money, credential, achievement, or romance can give you the sense of certainty your own joy can offer. When you are ready to travel the world and expand your outlook, the Universe supports you, as you can practice having fun along the way from now on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Having a mini-retirement.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    In Tim Ferriss’ book The Four-Hour Work Week<\/em>, he talks about the importance of having a mini-retirement regularly. During his mini-retirement, he spends several weeks in a foreign country just for fun. And that’s how he rejuvenates himself, thereby having more energy for work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Remember to design your holiday around the type of experience you and your loved ones would like to have, with the intent of being disconnected. The combination of enjoying life while away will help keep your mind off of work or business, and the inability to connect will protect you from giving in to the temptation to check your emails and ruin your vacation. Here’s my advice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Physically disconnect from your office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Virtually disconnect from the office as well. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. If you are a business owner with employees, let your business run for the entire time without you connecting. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      While planning your vacation, you can start by picking a date that is 18 to 24 months from today if it’s a longer vacation (e.g., a 1-month vacation). When you plan your vacation more than a year out, you will have a chance to plan well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Once you commit to your holiday, you will likely notice an immediate shift in your mind. You will notice your focus will not be on the short term such as “How do I get through today?” Instead, your focus will become “How can I make this happen without me?” “What needs to be done so that this part of my business can run without dependency on me?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
