“Honestly, I feel sorry for Teresa because if she were more patient, she could have been paid out by the organization. She had a full-time contract at that time<\/em>. She worked for that company for at least 7 or 8 years<\/em>. Her age would help her to get a higher redundancy pay. Sadly, she was unable to get along well with the boss, so she quit her job before the organization announced that everyone would be paid out<\/em>,” Mike was totally honest. “In fact, I took unpaid leave at the end of 2020 when I was exhausted. I didn’t quit my job because I was waiting for redundancy<\/em>.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
