“My wife from Ukraine has made me think differently.”<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If someone tells you that life will be nice and easy once you do XYZ, they must be lying to you. Period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In reality, not<\/em> everything in life is nice and pretty. It’s just the uncomfortable truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone’s life is painful. You are not alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The trick is not minding<\/em>,” says Natalia, “You can only control so much in life. Life is not about what has happened to you; it’s about how you react<\/em> to what has happened to you. Anxiety and stress come from trying to control what’s outside your control.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steve has been very impressed<\/a> by his beautiful Ukrainian wife Natalia’s wisdom, and now he feels less anxious and less stressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Steve was depressed, he was working for a company as a Chief Marketing Officer. He always wanted to be an entrepreneur rather than an employee, so he was constantly looking for a calling<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“It turns out that getting good at something is much more important than finding a calling<\/em>,” says Stephen, “Because I have been successful with sales, marketing and negotiation when I was an employee, now I’m able to go wherever I want to go – my Ukrainian wife Natalia and I set up an Internet business together – because of the skills that I accumulated and honed when I was working for someone else, now we have a thriving business.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, getting good at something allows Steve to do something else. Just as human dynamics expert Matthew Hussey famously said, “Just do stuff, because stuff leads to stuff.”<\/p>\n\n\n

“My Ukrainian lady helped me to create rituals around weaknesses.”<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Steve was a very shy guy, so he didn’t have many friends. His Ukrainian wife Natalia decided to help him with his social life; therefore, she helped Steve create rituals around his weakness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every week, Natalia and Steve spend at least one hour socializing with other people. In fact, they have a weekly Happy Hour on Wednesday night and invite all of their friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since Steve didn’t have a lot of friends and Natalia moved to Canada only a while ago, their initial Happy Hour only had 3 people (a neighbor and Stephen’s best friend & the best friend’s wife). But Natalia always asks these people to bring their friends next time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this way, their Happy Hour started to have more and more people because participants keep bringing their friends. Thus, nowadays their Happy Hour<\/a> oftentimes has more than 30 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steve’s social life has been transformed<\/a> completely, from a shy guy to a confident guy with a large number of high-value friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“My network is my net worth,” says Steve, “In the past, I only had 1 friend who shares the same resources with me, so it wasn’t good for my career. But now I have so many interesting friends from very different backgrounds. Because of their contribution, my online business has taken off. Now it’s a very successful business.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to his elegant wife from Ukraine, Steve’s life has become very, very, very, very different: His love life<\/em> has become better; his career<\/em> has become more successful; his social life<\/em> has become more vibrant. Now Steve is a very happy man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
