    2. You need variety<\/em><\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/strong> in your daily routine in order to improve your mental health, so why not<\/em> try play therapy<\/strong>? Have some fun; smell the roses; spend quality time with your family and friends!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
