All in-app purchases made through the Google Play Store, and the Apple App Store, will be processed by the store you originally downloaded the application from. You may access the applicable "in-app" purchase rules and policies directly from the applicable app store(s).

   3. "App" shall mean the Simply Dating mobile application available for download on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
   4. "Terms and Conditions" shall mean these terms and conditions including any amendments posted on the website/app by Simply Dating from time to time.

3. Collection and use of information

   2. Unused credits are refunded to members on request.
   3. Credits used on communicating with a lady who is subsequently proven to be less than genuine in her search for a man will be refunded.
   4. Credits are only purchased as needed. There are no recurring fees.
   5. Credits purchased can be used on any feature on the website/app (does not include travel).
   6. Bonus Credits are non-refundable, non-withdrawable, and may only be used for communication on the Website/App. They cannot be applied to gifts, meeting services, or contact requests. Any remaining Bonus Credits shall be forfeited upon deactivation or termination of a Member's profile.

6. Communication

7. Termination

10. Warranty

13. Resolution of disputes
