What matters most when it comes to attraction? Do looks actually matter? Let’s
discover the truth about attracting Eastern European women.

• How much do looks matter?

Speaking of being an attractive man, the most important factor is how charismatic
you are, e.g., the way you talk, the way you walk, your personality, etc.

The second important factor is your lifestyle, i.e., how you spend most of your
time, your values, and so on.

Next, your looks matter to some degree, but it’s not really about how objectively
handsome you are. Let me explain.

There are two main elements that determine your looks from Eastern European
women’s perspective:

1) Your fashion (what you wear)
2) Your body (how fit you are)

Interestingly, your fashion can be improved within a day. When I was in my 20s, I
worked as a fashion stylist for a menswear brand. I remember many men transformed their fashion within one day: They came to see me in the morning for a
consultation session, and they went shopping with me in the afternoon.

As to your body, you can go to the gym several times per week and work on your
health and fitness. This is something that you can control.

• Here is what truly matters.

What truly matters is charisma and lifestyle. Lifestyle is a bit easier to change, so
we’ll start from this topic here.

Let’s take Ed as an example. When I met Ed, he was living with his parents. Here is
his lifestyle transformation: from 1 to 5 – this process took him 3 years.

1) Living with his parents
2) Living alone without any friends
3) Building a social circle from his colleagues who are all men
4) Creating a social circle that includes female friends

As for charisma, it’s a big topic, so I’ll explain some key ideas.

First of all, you need to have real confidence, including social freedom, a relaxed
attitude and a strong mindset.

storytelling instead of exchanging boring information only.
