Greg and Olena’s story began on June 22, 2025, when they met through the Simply Dating website. From their very first conversations, they discovered how easy it was to communicate with one another. A simple introduction soon grew into everyday conversations and a heartfelt emotional connection.
Using the website’s messaging and video chat features, they spent months learning about each other’s lives, sharing experiences, discussing their careers, hobbies, and dreams for the future. Although thousands of miles separated them, their communication became an important part of their everyday routine.
After several months of building their relationship online, they decided it was finally time to meet face to face. On December 5, 2025, Greg traveled from West Sacramento, California, to Lviv, Ukraine, while Olena arrived from Kyiv. Their first meeting was filled with memorable moments as they explored the city together, visited cozy cafés, enjoyed a relaxing spa day, and simply appreciated the chance to spend time together in person.
Meeting each other only strengthened the bond they had already created online. After returning home, they continued to stay in close touch, speaking regularly, supporting one another, and making plans for the future.
By the end of June 2026, Greg and Olena were excitedly preparing for another meeting, this time in Málaga, Spain, where they planned to create even more special memories together.
Their relationship has continued to grow, and they are delighted to share some wonderful news—they are now engaged.
