Anti Scam & Refund Policy

We personally verify all Slavic women who registers with us, including retaining copies of her passport, statement of marital status and personal interviews. This is to ensure that she is genuine and serious in her search. We only register ladies aged 25 years and older.

We encourage members to report claims of scamming. This helps us to provide a genuine service. If you feel you have been subjected to scamming, contact us. Please provide as much proof as you can – letter, chat transcript, links, etc. for us to investigate. We will investigate and advise our decision.

If your claim is approved, you will be refunded all credits from your correspondence with that member. Refunded credits will be added to your account balance. Alternatively, at your request we can transfer the refund directly to your PayPal account.

All exposed scammers will be immediately deactivated from the site.

Що таке шахрайство?

1. A lady’s profile is listed on the site but she is unaware of her profile being used.
2. Жінка навмисно відмовляється від відеочату з Вами після попереднього регулярного спілкування, яке включає листи та текстові чати, де вона ігнорує бронювання чату, не з'являється в домовлений час або не вмикає камеру, що було попередньо нею підтверджено.
3. A lady asks for money or gifts
4. A lady’s profile is intentionally incorrect – she is in a relationship, she fails to advise that she has children, her age is incorrect, her photos are false.
5. A lady does not turn up at an agreed meeting without good reason

Що не є шахрайством?

1. The agency translator makes errors in a letter
2. The lady has not answered all your questions
3. The lady decides she is no longer interested in you
4. The lady has photos of her relatives, male friends, ex-boyfriend or ex-husband and other personal information posted on any social network.
5. Ukrainian women wear rings on any of their fingers. Wearing rings in Slavic countries does not mean a woman is married, on any finger.
6. The lady refuses to communicate with you via social networks if you found her page yourself. By registering on the site she has agreed to communicate via the site unless contact details are exchanged.
7. The lady has placed her profile on other dating sites. She may choose to do so to increase her chances of finding a suitable man. If she is unaware of her profile being used on other dating sites, that site may not be trustworthy.

1. Never send money to a lady. Contact us if a lady asks you for money.
2. Regularly have video/audio chats, not just text chats
3. Arrange meetings through the site
4. She tries to give you her direct contact details
5. Contact us if you have doubts

Політика щодо повернення коштів

We offer refunds where the member has submitted a claim for scamming against a woman (as per the definitions above) that is approved by our site administration, or a refund on unused credits if a member chooses to leave the site.

Правила щодо недопустимої поведінки

Ми забезпечуємо безпечне середовище для всіх наших учасників та персоналу. Якщо учасник зловживає іншим учасником (чоловіком чи жінкою) або будь-ким із членів нашої команди, ми негайно видалимо профіль порушника, і він не матиме права на відшкодування коштів на своєму поточному рахунку, а також на будь-які кредити, які він використовував для спілкування з будь-якими жінками.
